Genyous Biomed Spins Out Omnitura Therapeutics To Commercialize Oncology Therapy Solutions
Genyous Biomed International (Genyous) announced today that it has spun out its marketing subsidiary Omnitura Therapeutics Inc. (Omnitura). Omnitura's mission is to commercialize Genyous' novel well-tolerated Multifunctional Multitargeted (MFMT™) cancer therapies. It is envisioned that Omnitura will manage the commercialization of Genyous' lead MFMT cancer therapy, Aneustat™ (OMN54). Pre-clinical efficacy and safety tests of Aneustat (OMN54) conducted in partnership with the BC Cancer Agency suggest that Aneustat may help to improve the standard of care for many high volume solid tumors such as lung and prostate cancer.
